Task-based user acceptance testing for the Nawikh EduHub CRM system, with automatic analysis and reporting.

System Context

Nawikh EduHub is a CRM system for a private tutoring company covering students, tutors, schedules, invoices, payments, resources, announcements, reports, tutor schedules, tutor income, and tutor availability.

Testing Method

Respondents complete role-based tasks, rate difficulty, answer satisfaction statements, and submit acceptance feedback for academic documentation.

Storage

Responses are saved in browser localStorage. The storage module is separated so it can be upgraded to Supabase later.
